RVCA manages septic records for all systems built within the current City of Ottawa boundaries from 1977 and later.

1. A complete Septic Records Search Form
2. One (1) of the following:
   • Tax assessment
   • Title deed (first page)
   • Survey
   • GeoOttawa Property Details
3. Fee payment
   • See the current fee schedule [link]
   • RVCA staff will contact applicants within 3 to 5 business days of receiving their completed application to process payment.
