This gold level LEED-certified facility offers a large board room, small meeting room, outdoor courtyard, fully-equipped kitchen and airy atrium. Our outdoor space opens onto Beryl Gaffney Park's lovely walking trails to the shores of the Rideau River. Free parking is included.
RVCA does not rent its space for social events.
RVCC is not available on weekends, Statutory Holidays or during annual RVCA office closures.
RVCC Board Room
The Monterey Boardroom offers a spacious meeting room that seats 90 people and is perfect for a variety of meetings, presentations or corporate gatherings. Audio visual equipment is available. Access to the kitchen, outdoor terrace and atrium is included.

RVCC Small Meeting Room
Our atrium meeting room is perfect for smaller meetings of up to 10 people. The room includes full hook-ups for computers, a large meeting table, comfy chairs and large flat-screen TV for intimate presentations. Enjoy access to our outdoor terrace and inviting walking trails through Beryl Gaffney Park.
